A Dim Future Awaits Us

Check out this comment, which presents an angry, somewhat freewheeling though sobering view of America's 'diverse' future.

Way to go Anonymous!
Very well written, clearly from the heart and sincere.
How can anyone look at what we have and how we live and then look at what "they" have and how they live and think that integration will benefit us? Wow, does that sound like 50's racism?
If it does, then I have a problem because I do believe it is a real problem. Of course the real difference is how you treat who is already here vs how many more you allow to come in.
The issue of Black on Hispanic racism, hatred and violence is major and real. Virtually all significant prison uprisings from the past 10 years come from that friction and it is not unrealistic to see it coming more & more to the streets of America.
The unfortunate human nature reality is that every "group" needs another to look down upon, be better than, instill fear in, etc. In our history, it was the poor whites fearing the upward mobility of the blacks, resulting in the formation of the KKK. This continues to exist with skinheads and remnants of the Klan still seeking to control the perceived "lower" or "inferior" class (blacks, gays, etc) through fear and intimidation.
Should the "brown invasion" continue unchecked or be encouraged, there will be lots of blood on the streets, with middle and upper class whites tightly boraded up in their homes.

A good, much-needed rant on that site, Ziel. I have similar thoughts-- I think the US has degenerated away from the republic it once was, to a vicious, hateful imperial state that spits upon its most productive people, and in particular works viciously against its white working classes and white middle classes. Note that while the liberal Socialists among the Democratic Party and university and media elites have been most blatant and aggressive in their war against productive whites and Western culture, they've had plenty of collaborators among so-called elite white "conservatives" (and neoconservatives) who've often inherited their wealth and prefer an enormous underclass majority of malleable serfs to a productive white burgher state. My full post on this is over at Randall Parker's Parapundit blog:

http://www.futurepundit.com/mt/mt-comments.cgi?entry_id=3450

This explains the disastrous US policies that penalize the white productive classes and white working classes in the US with hateful policies like affirmative action, hatefully anti-productive divorce laws and massive Third World immigration. Combine this with the neoconservatives fellow support for mass Third-World immigration and heavy outsourcing, along with multiple foreign wars, and you have a recipe for utter disaster. All of these policies hit productive whites very hard economically, stigmatize striving, productive self-made whites and make them socially despised, and cause a sharp decrease in the US white birth rate. The White fertility rate (total White TFR nationwide) in the US is now down to about 1.5, and it's 1.1 or 1.2 in many of the Blue states. Whites are leaving these states as a matter of sheer survival.

High-immigration Blue States like California, New York and Illinois are *literally* killing off their white populations by making marriage and childbearing far too risky and financially damaging for them. Whites in those states are having very few children, and whites are maybe 1/3 of the kids in the schools there. I couldn't care less if California and Arizona break off and secede to become the Third-World messes that their politicized elements seem to be aiming for. Let them break off and their own, and see how happy they are dealing with the mess they created in the first place. The rest of us, in a moderately smaller but more solidly white America (an American *republic* that values its productive citizens), will not shed a tear for them. With the United States as it is rapidly becoming a Third World state, this may be the only means to get the attention of our corrupt politicians, business leaders, mass media, pressure groups and of course professors in academia.

Yes, we are seeing more and more signs of creeping Third Worldization of the U.S. all the time.

You know things are getting bad in this country when young whites are moving to India in search of better opportunities..

Mad Maxwell: Strong post. You may be right that 'magenta states' (red but not too red) are the future; as a resident of a blue state, I have to admit this is unsustainable with the housing prices and all. However, I do see a problem in that much of America's high-productivity people are immigrants, albeit not from Mexico: we're talking Chinese, etc. So focusing narrowly on whites may miss some of it. Selective immigration policies might in fact be the key.

Also, I do not think that there is a calculated conspiracy to attack the white middle and working classes. Rather, the white upper and upper-middle classes like their cheap labor and don't care about the consequences to the country as a whole. It's not malice, it's indifference.

Such a policy is open to the claim of "disparate impact" and "racism", because hispanic numbers would fall while asian and white numbers would rise. I thus think that blanket immigration restriction or reduction would thus be more palatable politically. What sounds less PC: "we have enough immigrants" or "less hispanics and more asians". I know thats a caricature, but it could play out that way.

The way to get around the racist angle of selective immigration would simply be to eliminate the idiotic family-reunification basis for immigration and enforce a skills based criterion.

Now ziel's got a pretty good idea.

The problem with immigration restriction is that it's opposed by key constituencies in each party: businessmen in the Republicans and liberal activists in the Democrats. So the only hope would be a third party candidate (Perot would have been for this, but he self destructed.)
