As someone who aspires to become the VP of Diversity and work in the Cultural and Ethnic Marketing Department in charge of Community Intiatives, I resent your negative attitude.
Oh good, someone who resents the fact that white males are now discriminated against in the workplace. Will you work harder as "VP of Diversity" to promote the fact that we've taken this equal opportunity concept and turned it upside down?
Who cares if someone is not qualified for a position? Do a racial profile and fill the gap- make the quota!
How about taking your ethnic community initiatives into two communities in my county where ethnics(are blacks ethnics?) are killing each other, and at the same time wacking out a few white folk along the way too. Last week I read in the local rag about two young black kids trying to kill each other(one succeeded) and I wondered: where the hell are the leaders of this community? Why don't I see black leaders raising hell in their communities about black on black crimes? Where is Sharpton? Answer: Because it ain't white on black crime Ms. VP of Ethnic hooby dooby Community whatever.
Idea: after you get your VP title, start in your own home, then go out to the "community", and tell all the non-Asian ethnics(cause they get it already) to quit blaming the slave owner and that it's time to shift towards personal responsibility. Keep the kids inside(encourage book reading)and stop placing the burden on the school system to do the part of the homemaker(s). Yes I know about black males being emasculated because of slavery and the multi-generations of welfare mentality, but the shift in thinking has got to start at some point. (by the way, my ancestors who came from Ireland were badly discriminated against- I deserve reparations.
Although whites are the only racist people in the country, I think I would get the same reception as the KKK if I preached personal responsibility in my local war-like communities.
You have your mission. Now go, my messenger of personal responsibility.

Jim IV - I believe you've been spunked. The job seeker is clearly being satirical - it would be impossible to fit so many diversity buzz words into one sentence without intentional irony.
