Some of that "Frank" Discussion
Residential segregation underlies virtually every racial disparity in America, from education to jobs to the delivery of health care.That was from an article in the New York Times on a Westchester County desegregation agreement, quoting the head of the group that filed the suit.
It's quite a bold statement - "every racial disparity" - and no rebuttal is provided. Indeed, what rebuttal could there be? How would you rebut such a statement - publicly? You could try, but unless you're willing to wear the mantle of Demonic Racist, your best outcome would be in the end hanging your head and humbly admitting that "yes, I suppose, ultimately, it all does get back to discrimination..." I'm sure that something like that underlies the calls for a "frank discussion on race" - that it would end with derision and laughter for the Yahoos* and humiliation and confessions from the more thoughtful dissenters.
* This usually is enough - witness what's happening now with the townhall fracases. The "respectable" conservatives just can't withstand the mortifying guilt-by-association.

So lets begin moving welfare receipients (and I mean the Somalis, Blacks, and then Hispanics) to the gated communities post-haste. I expect no less than 20% of each gated community and high-rise with doormen to be legitimate non-WHITE welfare mothers.
Its not gonna happen.
Obama is making a HUGE mistake here, that will mollify wealthy liberals, if he follows through with it.
Westchester voted close to 70% for Obama, but if those residents start seeing and dealing with an imported underlcass for real, they will turn Republican very very quickly.
More than likely this stuff will be aimed at the white middle and white working classes, and its they who will bear the brunt of it.
If you applied the language in the directive to ENTIRE COUNTRIES, you'd be making a great HBD argument. Cameroon is poor becuase its inhabitants are genetic Africans, and only be having plenty of non-Africans live there can it become wealthy. You know what? Thats completely right. A few million Scandinavians probably would make Cameroon pretty wealthy in two generations, but they wouldn't be very happy Scandinavians for long.
This is a ---huge--- story, and the media is ignoring it. We are essentially being forced to subsidize welfare-housing in wealthy counties that have grown due to pure sprawl (read: whites willing to drive and extra hour a day to live away from minorities). Now the administration seeks to move the minorities out to the whites. Hubris? The mid-term elections are in less than two years. The GOP, if it has any sense at all, will bang this drum to high heaven. Here is to hoping that they will.
I honestly think the SWPL's have no idea what they are getting in Obama, a true and dedicated anti-American leftist, not a poseur as they tend to be.
If it's any consolation, the comments on that Westchester article were at minimum 60-40 against the ruling and possibly even higher. Also, Westchester apparently exhausted their money battling the forced construction of inexpensive housing. So at least there is opposition to this particular brand of social engineering.
Off-topic, but its the talk of the internet right now that 80@ of those who've lost their jobs in the last two years are men. The labor participation rate for white males has dropped considerably in recent years. Now that sounds like a great topic for a future YLE posting.
