Yes!
Let's focus on niche activities such as skydiving, hot air ballooning, small planes, bungee jumping, and cruises!
After all, there's ONLY about 40,000 people killed in traffic accidents every year!
Let's use the Half Sigma beta male method of analysis - focus on deaths from running a marathon, but just ignore those who die from traffic accidents!
This is how my (no doubt demented) mind works here:
I need to drive a car to get around, and I even need to walk on streets. If I die doing that, I'm thinking "Well, that's life - it happens."
But if I decide to have a thrill and take a ride in a hot-air balloon, and the goddamn thing catches fire, sending me plummeting 500 feet to my death, I'm gonna be thinking "You dumb motherf#cker, you had to take this stupid balloon ride, didn't you!"
